Summary:

In the Perception and Robotics lab we work in three main areas:

  • Control systems
  • Computer vision
  • Artificial intelligence for computer vision

All of them focused on robotics applications, both for academic and industry.

Technologies / Techniques:

  • Stability of nonlinear systems
  • SLAM
  • Navigation and control of aerial robots
  • Perception through deep learning
  • Mobile and rehabilitation robotics

Equipment:

Equipment for the construction of mobile and rehabilitation robots, cameras, mini-computers, servers, virtual reality system, laptops, PCs, electronic measuring equipment, tools, work spaces, among other equipment required to construct robotic prototypes and computer vision algorithms.
