Personal information:
Mr. Flores-Moreno studied at Universidad Iberoamericana in Leon Mexico, where received his bachelor degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering. He got his Master and Ph. D. in Science (Optics) from Centro de Investigaciones en Optica (CIO) in Leon Mexico. Mr. Flores-Moreno realized a Post-Doctoral research in the Center of Holographic Studies and Laser micro-mechatronics (CHSLT) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) at Worcester MA, with the project “Development of a laser holography otoscope for diagnosing in the clinic” in collaboration with Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI)/Harvard Medical School in Boston MA, USA and, recently, as visiting scientist at University of South Florida (USF) in the Digital Holography and Microscopy Laboratory in Tampa FL, USA. Mr. Flores-Moreno recently received his position as Associate Research at CIO.
Research interests:
Mr. Flores-Moreno has interest in applied non-contact optical techniques for imaging and measurements of dynamic events on surfaces subjected to several loading forces and in applications of Digital Holography Microscopy in biology and medical sciences.
