GRADUATE STUDIES PROGRAMS .: Call for Entry

The Center for Research in Optics, through its Academic Direction, CONVOKES all those people interested in pursuing graduate studies to take part in the process of admission to the MASTER'S DEGREE IN SCIENCE (OPTICS) , the MASTER'S DEGREE IN OPTOMECHATRONICS or the PhD DEGREE IN SCIENCE (OPTICS) programs, in order to go through the enrollment procedures for the SUMMER 2008 term. The selection process will be carried out in agreement with the following requirements and dates.

REGISTRATION OF CANDIDATES TO THE SELECTION PROCESS

1. CIO's website www.cio.mx will be available for on-line preliminary registration throughout the year, with the full procedure to be completed at the offices of the Academic Direction of the Center

2. Candidates who are not able to carry out their on-line PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION, will be able to do it on the scheduled dates according to the academic calendar.

3. Candidates shall complete registration in person.

4. Business hours at the Academic Direction will be non-stop from 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM

5. Upon completion of registration paperwork, each candidate will receive confirmation of date, time and place for examination and interview.

DATES

+Documents are accepted throughout the year.
+Knowledge Examination, June 18th, 2008.
+Interviews, June 19th, 2008.
+Information regarding admission to preparatory courses, Jnuary 31th, 2008.
+Submission of research project, to be programmed, according to individual cases, in November and December (only for the PhD Degree Program)
+Preparatory courses, June 23th to July 19th, 2008.
+Start of regular courses September 8th, 2008.
