•  Corporate Gifts/Donations

The organizers welcome the opportunity to receive cash donations to help subsidize the Conference's expenses.   Said contributions entitle the sponsor to receive an acknowledgement at the event and have their organization's logo in all the conference printed matter.

•  Conference Collateral Materials

Interested parties can have their name, logo or product name printed on the conference badges (except for exhibitor's badges) or on any other official conference collateral material (hand bags, T-shirts, head caps, proceedings, welcome banner, etc.).   Companies can also insert their own promotional material in the congress bags.

•  Coffee Breaks and Lunches

If interested, coffee breaks and/or lunches can be partially or fully sponsored.   A stand indicating the sponsoring organization's name will be clearly marked at each specific event.

•  Advertisements & Mailings

Conference advertisements and mailings (such as conference announcements, call-for-papers, final program, etc.) are also available for sponsoring by any interested party.   Sponsors will be acknowledged in the material.

•  Satellite Symposiums & Workshops

Companies are welcome to organize during the event separate mini-tutorials, equipment demonstrations, workshops or satellite symposia.   However, the nature and content of the activities are subject to approval by the Technical & Organizing Committees.   These sessions will be announced in all conference printed matter and web page.

•  Web Sponsoring

We also offer interested parties the opportunity have their own web page linked to the OFS website--the website will have a broad diffusion and will play a significant role in the promotion of the event.
